Assurah formally accepts the engagement.
Assurah reserves the right to decline, postpone, or withdraw any proposal or service offering prior to formal acceptance.

Factors Beyond Our Control
Digital marketing performance is influenced by numerous external variables that are beyond the control of Assurah.
These factors may include, but are not limited to:
Industry Competition
The competitiveness of your industry, market, and target keywords can significantly affect marketing outcomes. Businesses operating in highly competitive industries may require greater investment, longer timelines, and additional resources to achieve desired results.
Search Engine Algorithm Updates
Search engines such as Google regularly update their algorithms, ranking systems, indexing processes, spam policies, and search features. These updates may positively or negatively impact website visibility, rankings, traffic, and overall performance.
Because such changes are controlled entirely by third-party platforms, Assurah cannot predict or control their impact.
Artificial Intelligence and Search Platform Changes
AI-powered search platforms, generative search engines, and digital assistants frequently modify how they collect, process, display, and reference information.
Changes in AI systems may affect:
AI-generated citations.
AI search visibility.
Brand mentions.
Content recommendations.
Knowledge panel appearances.
Generative search results.
Assurah cannot guarantee inclusion, continued visibility, or specific placement within any AI-powered platform.
Consumer Behavior
Marketing results are heavily influenced by consumer preferences, buying habits, purchasing decisions, and user engagement patterns.
Changes in audience behavior, trends, interests, demographics, and purchasing intent may directly affect campaign performance and business outcomes.
Market Conditions
Economic conditions, industry trends, seasonal fluctuations, geopolitical events, supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, and broader market forces may impact the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business growth efforts.
These factors are outside the control of Assurah and may affect campaign performance regardless of strategy quality.
Website Quality and Technical Performance
The effectiveness of SEO, GEO, advertising, and conversion optimization efforts may depend upon factors such as:
Website speed.
User experience.
Mobile responsiveness.
Technical architecture.
Conversion funnel effectiveness.
Security and accessibility.
Hosting reliability.
Existing website issues.
Assurah cannot guarantee results if underlying website limitations negatively affect performance.
Product or Service Demand
The quality, pricing, reputation, competitiveness, availability, and market demand for a client’s products or services play a significant role in determining marketing success.
Even well-executed marketing campaigns cannot guarantee sales or lead generation if there is insufficient market demand or if competitive factors limit consumer interest.

Successful marketing outcomes often require active collaboration between Assurah and the client.
Results may be impacted by:
Delayed approvals.
Incomplete information.
Insufficient budgets.
Failure to implement recommendations.
Delayed content submissions.
Restricted account access.
Internal business limitations.
Clients acknowledge that their level of participation and responsiveness may directly influence project performance.

Conversion rates.
Lead volume.
Sales volume.
Advertising profitability.
Campaign approval by advertising platforms.
Advertising performance may fluctuate due to competition, platform updates, audience behavior, budget limitations, and other external factors.
Timeframe Disclaimer
Digital marketing results often require time to develop.
SEO, GEO, content marketing, authority building, brand awareness initiatives, and other long-term strategies may take weeks or months before measurable results become apparent.
Assurah does not guarantee that any particular result will occur within a specific timeframe unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Past Performance Is Not Indicative of Future Results
Any examples of previous client successes, case studies, testimonials, portfolio examples, campaign results, or performance metrics presented by Assurah are provided solely to demonstrate prior experience and capabilities.
Past performance should not be interpreted as a guarantee, prediction, or assurance that similar results will be achieved for any future client.
Every business, industry, market, audience, website, and marketing campaign is unique, and results will vary accordingly.
Professional Efforts, Not Guaranteed Outcomes
Clients acknowledge that they are compensating Assurah for professional expertise, strategic guidance, implementation services, consulting, creative work, optimization efforts, and marketing execution—not for guaranteed results.
Fees paid to Assurah are earned based on services performed, time invested, resources allocated, and professional efforts provided, regardless of the ultimate business outcome achieved.
Assumption of Business Risk
By engaging Assurah’s services, clients acknowledge and accept that all business, marketing, advertising, and investment activities involve inherent risks.
The client assumes full responsibility for evaluating those risks and agrees that Assurah shall not be liable for any losses, missed opportunities, reduced performance, revenue declines, market changes, or other business outcomes resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing or using any service provided by Assurah Marketing Agency, you expressly acknowledge and agree that no representation, warranty, promise, or guarantee has been made regarding specific rankings, traffic levels, lead generation, revenue growth, advertising performance, or other business outcomes unless expressly stated in a separately executed written agreement.

Local search visibility
Search result layouts
Such changes may occur without prior notice and can significantly impact the performance of digital marketing efforts regardless of the quality of optimization work performed.
Because these systems are owned and controlled by third parties, Assurah has no authority over how they evaluate, rank, display, cite, recommend, or prioritize websites and brands.

However, Assurah does not guarantee:
AI citations.
AI-generated references.
Brand mentions within AI systems.
Inclusion in AI answer engines.
Citation frequency.

AI systems utilize proprietary methods to determine which sources, websites, brands, and entities are referenced within generated responses.
These decisions are made entirely by the AI platform and may change at any time.
No Guarantee of Google AI Overview Visibility

Assurah cannot guarantee:
Inclusion in Google AI Overviews.
Visibility within AI-generated summaries.

Consistent AI Overview appearances.
Retention of AI-generated placements.
Although optimization strategies may improve a website’s likelihood of being considered by these systems, ultimate selection decisions remain exclusively under the control of the platform provider.
